The Cast Griddle is designed to fit in the centre of your Holi Grill to distribute the heat more evenly. It is brilliant for searing steaks, vegetables and fish, due to being a much heavier gauge of metal than the regular centre piece of the holi grill, which holds a hotter heat longer as a result.
