Designed to sit inside the large Recycled Kadai, the Hot Plate Ring is perfect for cooking steaks or a complete breakfast. Also great for traditional barbecue food using the Barbecue Tool to press and flip your burgers. The hole in the centre allows for refuelling and getting airflow to the fire. By having the fire more to one side allows you to move the food around the ring to regulate the temperature needed for cooking.
